Please be informed that Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. in its quality of data controller ("Lamborghini") will process your personal data in for the purposes specified below in accordance and in compliance with the EU Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, the "Regulation").

Purposes and legal bases of processing. Consequences of not providing your personal data
Lamborghini collects and processes the personal data you provide in order to select new potential candidates to hire through (i) application to job openings published on the Work with us website, or (ii) submitting a spontaneous application through the same website.
It is necessary to provide the personal data for the abovementioned purpose, since your refusal to provide personal data may prevent you from applying to job openings or submitting your spontaneous application through the Work with us website. Collection of the abovementioned information is connected to the pursuance of the legitimate interest of Lamborghini for its organizational and productive needs, as well as complying with applicable law obligations related to work relationships.

Special categories of data and minors
Should the information provided to Lamborghini include special categories of data (that is, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation) such data may be processed by Lamborghini only subject to your express consent, which shall be provided via email to the address privacy@lambroghini.com with the following content:

“The undersigned ______________, in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016, hereby authorizes Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. to the processing of his/her special categories of data for the purposes specified in the information document.”

Data related to minors will be processed by Lamborghini for the same purposes only subject to the people holding parental rights’ or legal guardian’s consent.

Methods of processing and storage of personal data
Lamborghini processes your personal data either with or without electronic tools, and in any case in compliance with the security requirements requested by applicable laws. Only duly authorized Lamborghini personnel will have access to your personal data. Lamborghini will take care of correct registration of data and its update, in case of communications of modification by the data subject.
Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes they have been collected for and in order to comply with applicable law and regulatory obligations. The data will be either deleted or permanently anonymized once the abovementioned purposes have been achieved, unless Lamborghini is required to keep the data for a longer period due to law or regulatory obligations.
Should you believe that the processing of your personal data by Lamborghini is not necessary anymore, please contact us in order for us to delete your data.

Disclosure of your personal data to third parties
According to the Regulation, your personal data obtained from time to time, may be disclosed to:
a)Affiliated companies of Lamborghini belonging to the Volkswagen-Audi group
b)Public and private entities, for contractual and law obligations
c)Statistical calculation companies
d)Third party companies providing cv database management services, which have been appointed as data processor in accordance with the Regulation
It is possible that such entities are based in countries not belonging to the European Union. However, such transfer to third parties countries will comply with the provisions of the Regulation, by means of the implementation of all necessary measures to ensure the security of the data transferred, including the execution of contractual agreements based on the standard contractual clauses developed by the European Commission.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
